LOCATION

We are located between Marion and Spruce Pine at the intersection of 226, 226A, and the Blue Ridge Parkway (Gillespie Gap); an hours drive East of Asheville. Boone and Blowing Rock are one hour from Swiss Village. We have 57 homes plus 6 other lots without houses. Established 1962

NEARBY TOWNS

Spruce Pine (10 minutes drive); Marion (20 minutes drive); Bakersville (30 minutes drive); Burnsville (25 minutes) , and the city of Asheville (45 minutes drive).

SHOPPING

We are minutes away from shopping, hotels and restaurants in Little Switzerland and Spruce Pine.

GOVERNANCE

Organized under the North Carolina Planned Community Act with Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.

ROADS

The main artery that runs through the community is paved. Gravel roads branch off of this road.

NEARBY LANDMARKS

Blue Ridge Parkway, mile -
marker 331 (1 min.), Linville Falls (25 mins on the Parkway), Crabtree Falls (8 miles), Mineral Museum (2 mins.), Switzerland Inn (8 mins.).
